HPC-42-22 Scott Russell petitions for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the construction of an accessory structure on the property located at 820 Queen City Avenue in the Druid City Historical District. (Council District 4) APPROVED
HPC-43-22 Grffin and Jeni Pickard have been notified if repairs needed to maintain a home in a historic district and must appear before the Historic Preservation Commission for approved of the repairs pursuant to Chapter 20, Article II, Section 20-15.30 for the structure located at 1021 Myrtlewood Dive in the Myrtlewood Historic District. (Council District 4) APPROVED
8. OTHER BUSINESS
The Tuscaloosa Historic Preservation Commission will vote to approve the 2023 Meeting Dates and Deadlines.
