             HPC-22-22 Bill Edwards petitions for a Certificate of Appropriateness for a material change to

             The roof on the primary structure located at 2010 9th Street in the Druid City Historic District.

             HPC-23-22 Randy Treglown petitions for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the removal of

             Three trees located at 1718 3rd Street in the Pinehurst Historic District. (Council District 4)  Play >>  APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:

·         THE PETITIONER IS APPROVED TO REMOVE TWO PINE TREES

·         THE COMMISSION WILL WAIVE THE 180 DAY REQUIREMENT TO COME BACK BEFORE THE COMMISSION FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE PIN OAK, OR

THE PETITIONER CAN SUBMIT AN EXPEDITED REVIEW WITH AN ARBORIST LETTER TO REMOVE THE PIN OAK.
