·         Limit off-street parking spaces to 4 (four) vehicles

·         Limit of 1 year

·         Limit of 30 nights per year

·         Accessory structures cannot be occupied

·         A City of Tuscaloosa License must be obtained

 

ZBA-05-22: Bama B&B Rentals (Kim Roberts) petitions for a special exception to allow the short-term rental of a property located at 7705 River Ridge Road NE. Zoned R-1
