7.       CASES TO BE HEARD     HPC-01-23 TC Fencing LLC (Madison Bentley) petitions for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a front yard fence on the property located at 3 Pinehurst in The Pinehurst Historic District. (Council District 4)
APPROVED   HPC-02-23 Bobby Tesney petitions for a Certificate of Appropriateness for a material change to windows and siding and to construct an addition on the rear of the primary structure located at 2 Oakwood Court in Oakwood Court Historic District. (Council District 4)
DENIED   HPC-06-23 Leslie G Shew petitions for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct an addition on the rear of the primary structure located at 9 Country Club in the Country Club Historic District. (Council District 1)
APPROVED   HPC-03-23 Roger Buck petitions for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a front yard fence on the property located at 1715 Dearing Place in the Dearing Place Historic District. (Council District 4)
