Let's follow this three council order. Good to see everyone here today. 00:00:01
Full house. 00:00:06
You could see that. 00:00:08
This morning. 00:00:10
Is there a motion to approve the Minutes second? 00:00:13
Motion 2nd 3 minutes on favor. Say aye. Aye. 00:00:16
Ohh, before we go into our agenda and. 00:00:21
Has. 00:00:24
We have a very special guest today. 00:00:27
Someone that I've known since? 00:00:31
The day she was born, actually. 00:00:32
And Theresa? 00:00:36
Green ribbons, if you'll come forward. You the principal at Living Forest Elementary School. 00:00:38
That is wonderful. Thank you so much. 00:00:50
Thank you. 00:00:59
Around here to Theresa. 00:01:01
And if you'll speak at the mic around here, ohh back to your home. 00:01:04
Hello everyone my name is Theresa Crum Vivian as our. 00:01:15
Council president has said I am the principal at William Forest Elementary School. Our team, we have this whole work, our amazing 00:01:19
counselor, and we have Doctor Dawson, our reading coach, here with us. 00:01:25
Councilman Fail. He came in and met with me as soon as I got hired and it was such a joy because I know he has worked with my 00:01:31
father for many, many years and so seeing a warm face welcoming my first week at work, the forest was amazing. He came and he 00:01:35
said. 00:01:40
Miss Bevan, I am going to bring you some money. I said bring me some money. 00:01:45
And indeed he did. When I received the check last week from the central office for $1000 for our students, it was perfect timing 00:01:50
because I just had our 4th grade teachers say because we had a new unit that they needed new textbooks and right when it was 00:01:57
$1300. And so that $1000 is exactly what we needed. So we wanted to thank you. Our student body has signed on behalf of showing 00:02:04
you their appreciation. And of course, you know it's William Forrest and we love our trees. 00:02:11
So our students, they tried to make you some trees. 00:02:20
We thank you so much. 00:02:23
Come on. 00:02:27
There's no cost. 00:02:40
I mean. 00:02:44
Yeah. 00:02:50
And now? 00:02:52
Everybody's prep. 00:03:00
Get everybody. 00:03:04
Thank you. 00:03:11
Thank you. 00:03:17
That's really sweet of you guys to do that. 00:03:24
It offsets council mail. 00:03:28
Jade. 00:03:31
Yeah, I need that. 00:03:33
Yeah, just put if you'll just sit it over here somewhere, I'll do it. Thank you. 00:03:39
Thank you so much. 00:03:44
These folks have to work for a living. 00:03:49
Looking at your. 00:03:59
Alright, that's great. 00:04:01
Congratulations, John. It's so sweet of them. 00:04:03
Recognizing that, yes. 00:04:05
I appreciate it. 00:04:07
Absolutely. 00:04:08
And she's going to do a great job. 00:04:10
Forest. 00:04:12
I can't believe. 00:04:14
It seemed like she should still be a student there. 00:04:15
Yes. 00:04:19
Baby. 00:04:20
Alright there, your virginal. 00:04:23
Hey, Bob. 00:04:25
Yeah, the cheap seats tonight. 00:04:28
Say what? We're all having to step up around here. 00:04:30
The mobile Home Park out there. 00:04:38
Of retaining drivers. 00:04:39
They made some positives. 00:04:43
Until this past council hearing. 00:04:45
We found out that the. 00:04:48
Property managers, Mother she was. 00:04:50
Kind of taking care of her on the side. 00:04:53
She's passed away. 00:04:55
And the gentleman that they get hired to do the kind of he also got killed in a car race shortly around. 00:04:57
Just spoke with the actual property owner yesterday. 00:05:06
He's asking if they can have a little bit more time to. 00:05:10
Somebody else contracted from not going to finish the clean. 00:05:13
We've only got two more units to clean up and a little bit of debris. 00:05:16
And we're done. 00:05:20
So what do you said? What are you recommending? 00:05:21
For 30 days it's not going to be enough time for them to get somebody to get started. So I'd say 60 days. 00:05:24
OK. 00:05:29
I think that would be fair enough, this one. If we had made any progress we may have. 00:05:31
Yeah. 00:05:37
And. 00:05:39
So remote. 00:05:40
And like I said, I would, you know. 00:05:41
That's terrible tragedies. 00:05:43
But. 00:05:46
It's so remote. 00:05:46
It's not around anything else. 00:05:48
OK. 00:05:50
I'm good. 00:05:51
Alright, well, we appreciate. That's all we have for tonight. 00:05:52
Thank you. 00:05:56
All right. 00:05:57
Miss Mills. 00:06:00
Alright, good afternoon Councillor, Mayor. 00:06:10
We have 7 applicants tonight. 00:06:13
Four of them are especially. 00:06:18

Why smile? 00:06:37
Under the What is this a hotel? 00:06:41
What's the revolution there? 00:06:44
They're applying for alcohol license at their location. 00:06:46
There are. 00:06:49
Been to. 00:06:50
Sorry about all throughout the whole facility. 00:06:51
OK, so when you say special events? 00:06:55
This is back to the fact that. 00:06:57
Hotels get their license. 00:07:00
Council special event for 30 days yesterday. It's a. It's a. 00:07:02
We know. 00:07:06
Ohh kidding. 00:07:09
Recorded. 00:07:16
All right, My second applicant is for. 00:07:17
The Lady premium food service they apply for. 00:07:20
A special retail alcohol license and more than 30 days and fosters auditorium. 00:07:24
I don't want 69. 00:07:28
What do we do at Foster Auditorium? 00:07:31
Well, they still it's used every day. 00:07:34
I don't know, but not not maybe after The Saturdays game they may be selling alcohol. 00:07:37
Still have a lot of all the areas. I think girls played some of their games there. 00:07:44
Sorry. 00:07:52
My third African is lady Premium Food Service. 00:07:53
Of Universal on the soccer stadium at 500 Peter Bryce Blvd. 00:07:56
They apply for a special retail license for more than 30 days. 00:08:00
I'm sorry, can you say that again? 00:08:10
Ohh OK, so we're. 00:08:13
500 Peter Bryce Blvd. 00:08:15
Is that the? Is that the softball? What is that soft soccer? 00:08:18
We have an excellent question that's in this. 00:08:22
They're feeding. 00:08:28
My 4th application is for HR AR Incorporated. 00:08:30
Doing business. Kindle tobacco outlet. 00:08:34
5628 Universal Blvd. East Cottondale. They're applying for retail beer off premises only, retail table wine off premises only. 00:08:37
This is a change of ownership. 00:08:42
OK. 00:08:48
Alright, and then. 00:08:50
My special events retail license less than seven days. The first applicant is for downtown. 00:08:51
Entertainment. 00:08:56
LLC. They have several applicants, but we're going to combine them all in one presentation. 00:08:58
So this is where Downtown Entertainment I can give you the listing of the locations if you want. 00:09:03
You want, OK. 00:09:08
Downtown Entertainment has Ato alumni game they bar. 00:09:10
9/23/23 No, you can just give me the list. 00:09:14
You want me to give you this? I'll give it to you. I have the. 00:09:17
All right. 00:09:20
The second special retail lesson Seven Days is for. 00:09:23
DC Social LLC. 00:09:27
Again, add to. 00:09:29
Applicants out to advance plan. 00:09:30
Is that though? 00:09:35
Yes, Sir. 00:09:36
They have an alcohol license already. The reason why they're applying for special retail less than seven days. 00:09:37
Because these are events outside of the facility. 00:09:42
Outside and park in the parking lot. 00:09:45
Chief over there. 00:09:48
How many people can they have in the parking lot? 00:09:50
I'm not sure. 00:09:53
I like it somewhere near 600, but let me. 00:09:55
Boy, real quick. 00:09:58
Great, so. 00:10:00
Either. 00:10:04
I don't see a or. 00:10:05
Can y'all refresh us? 00:10:08
What is the? 00:10:10
Is there anything we need to know about? 00:10:12
Licensing that place for. 00:10:14
Two events of 600 plus people. 00:10:16
No, Sir. Man, I think you should. I think you should take these on their face. OK. It's within the bounds of what? 00:10:20
They currently are cleared to do Yes Sir. 00:10:26
OK. 00:10:29
And my last appearance for. 00:10:34
Levy Premium Foodservice LP. They apply for Special Retail Lesson 7 days. 00:10:36
And Brian any stadium Champions Lane. 00:10:41
They have several guest lists as well. 00:10:43
That what did we do that was already This is different from the. 00:10:47
Their home games. I'll give you guys. This is for the remaining home games full. 00:10:53
The one that came up for the. 00:10:58
Beer Garden was just Texas. 00:11:00
Is that the same? 00:11:04
What I'll do is I'll give you guys a copy of all the. 00:11:06
Additional applicants? Well, the locations for how did that go? 00:11:09
You know. 00:11:13
I think for the. 00:11:16
One of the questions in the budget hearing this morning. 00:11:17
Of. 00:11:20
The standards as we move towards. 00:11:21
The end of the season. 00:11:23
I think it's gonna be instructive to know. 00:11:25
How did this workout for the city? 00:11:28
As far as the sales tax, the additional sales tax. 00:11:31
And you know, as I mentioned, I think during the budget hearing the additional sales taxes from beer and wine. 00:11:35
On campus, in the different venues. 00:11:42
Did not live up to our original projection expectations by a long shot. 00:11:46
I'm asking, it's Mr. Moore in here, I think. 00:11:53
Wasn't that component one of the components? 00:11:55
That we based our negotiations on. 00:11:59
For sort of mutual. 00:12:04
Support and assistance we did. We anticipated much higher revenues, frankly more sales. 00:12:06
And at this point, those cells have been reflected. 00:12:13
It doesn't mean at some point it won't measure and it's too early to make the call, but I just. 00:12:16
It's going to be important to watch is that. 00:12:20
Moves towards. 00:12:22
It's a full is that did they do it Saturday? 00:12:24
At the inside of the stadium, yes. 00:12:27
They did that. That's the first. 00:12:30
Game right? No, they did the previous game. Ohh, that's right, and I'm assuming the Beer Garden event on Champions Walk was 00:12:32
operating. 00:12:36
I didn't go. 00:12:41
Now we now we won't know that one. 00:12:43
OK. 00:12:47
And we won't know the results from that one for another month. 00:12:47
Ohh, that's fine. Nothing now but I think. 00:12:50
It'll be instructive to know. 00:12:54
Because again, my memory is that was one of the. 00:12:56
Kind of. 00:13:00
Legs that to the stool that we based. 00:13:01
Our arrangement with the University of. 00:13:05
Standard tenant. 00:13:07
We know the text. 00:13:08
We won't know until they actually report their sales to us. I mean, that will be a month and 1/2 from now. 00:13:11
But we can't but since we know that that's a. 00:13:18
Concerned point. We can keep an eye on that and have that report to you when it when it does come in. 00:13:21
3. 00:13:27
Thank you. 00:13:27
And that was my life. Easy, huh? Yes, Sir. 00:13:29
I have no questions for Antonio. 00:13:33
Thank you. 00:13:36
That. 00:13:39
So they answered that question. 00:13:41
656 Banding room with tables and chairs 352. 00:13:44
Chief, did they have any place to park if they? 00:13:49
Use all that space. 00:13:53
No. 00:13:55
Parking the city, city lot on city streets. 00:13:57
Designer Park. 00:14:01
If they have the party in their parking lot. 00:14:03
Ohh Lord. 00:14:09
So you said 352, they have tables and chairs and then six? 00:14:11
Plus. 00:14:15
If not. 00:14:16
Yes, this is for the grassy area. 00:14:18
Uh, not so much the. 00:14:20
The. 00:14:22
Parking lot area, but the grassy area right there around. 00:14:22
I guess we'll ask if I'm gonna have tables and chairs. 00:14:27
Of course, some people move that. 00:14:32
Yes. 00:14:34
A special. 00:14:36
Events permit and we'll review it and TPD firewall as well. 00:14:38
OK, so we'll be able to. 00:14:43
To check that out for you. 00:14:44
So I have a rezoning for you guys. It's a public hearing. You all set a while back. So this is Hope Point Crisis Center. They got 00:14:46
their DRD approval for the exterior renovations. 00:14:50
And that addition? 00:14:55
Now they're trying to. 00:14:57
Rezone. 00:14:58
From BGORD to BNDROD. 00:15:00
So again, this is the property you're familiar with. You can see it's kind of mixed. 00:15:03
Of zoning. And so they're just cleaning that up. 00:15:07
And go and all be in. 00:15:10
Which is that blue color. Is this in keeping with the original attent intent that was? 00:15:12
Briefed us when we moved into this point. 00:15:17
It's not a change, no Sir. 00:15:20
And it does. The framework does support it, as you can see on the character. 00:15:23
Map here. 00:15:27
And then these are just the permitted uses in BN. 00:15:29
And it was unanimously approved. 00:15:32
By Planning Commission and then. 00:15:34
So I have that one. And then we also have the public hearing, the first public hearing for those 3. 00:15:36
St. Renamings. 00:15:41
Tonight as well, so. 00:15:43
I'll go through a brief presentation at the meeting. 00:15:45
And then you might have some public comment, because it's the first. 00:15:49
It's the first of three. 00:15:52
Public hearings for those St. renaming Are they all? 00:15:53
The same. 00:15:57
Done. All three will be done. 00:15:58
At the same meeting, standing three times. That's right, three consecutive weeks. It is. So you'll have tonight as the first 00:16:00
public hearing. Next week is the second. In October 3rd will be the final vote, OK? 00:16:06
All right. 00:16:14
I like you, said Brian. 00:16:16
Thank you, Zach. Mayor Batts. Yes Sir. First, I want to continue the theme of recognizing our team members for an extraordinary 00:16:20
job this past weekend. 00:16:24
Really back-to-back weekends? 00:16:29
When you think about. 00:16:31
Back-to-back concerts. back-to-back. 00:16:33
Games. 00:16:35
I'm really impressed with. 00:16:37
All of our team members, Hundreds of team members. 00:16:39
That started in earnest on Thursday night and worked into. 00:16:42
The morning hours of of Sunday. 00:16:45
It's success is never by accident. Our teams have been planning since May. 00:16:48
Working with our state and federal partners, in particular at the University of Alabama. 00:16:52
Ohh. 00:16:57
I. 00:16:58
You know when you recognize people, you, you, you always leave someone out. But chief blankly. Chief Smith? 00:16:59
Eric Thompson, Chris Mag, Selvan Green. 00:17:05
Our people and inspections and revenues at the plants. The list goes on and on. 00:17:08
It's a complex operation, if you think about it. We go from probably sometime on Friday from Alabama's fifth largest city to Hamas 00:17:13
largest city. And it's not even close. 00:17:17
And. 00:17:22
To plan for, to do everything that's required of it. 00:17:23
We're blessed to have some extraordinary team members. 00:17:27
And so we're very fortunate as elected leaders to have them working for the city so. 00:17:30
I wanted to make sure and I thank them for everything they've done. 00:17:34
I put my phone down for about. 00:17:38
Of two minutes on Saturday and I looked up and there was already 31 text messages. Just things going on. Don't forget Jeff Powell 00:17:40
at the airport. 00:17:44
That's what I was going to ask him if he could 700 plus individual actions. Is that what it was? 00:17:49
700. 00:17:55
Over the weekend? Yes Sir. 00:17:56
So you might. You probably are one of the busier airports in the southeast, I would imagine for a few hours. 00:17:59
Again it's we have donated alcohol license out there. 00:18:06
Staff. 00:18:11
So. 00:18:15
I want to thank them, Christina, I want to thank you. We closed out our town hall series and your district had a good time and I 00:18:15
and I appreciate you being there and and certainly. 00:18:20
Appreciate wrapping up the series. I always enjoy that and look forward to seeing you next year. 00:18:27
A couple of we will have two items that came out. 00:18:32
Again, Mr. Crow. 00:18:35
The government controlling now better Hi. Think he's worried about your aggressive annexation? 00:18:36
For his food kit, did he pay for his own? Absolutely dear Ohh. 00:18:42
And his wife. 00:18:47
Exactly. 00:18:49
You put people on notice, Mr. Tanner. 00:18:53
It was. It was fun. 00:18:56
That's right. 00:18:59
And then we got, we got to keep our eye on our border. 00:19:01
So let me just talk about a couple of things. We will have two issues that we do want to discuss in executive session. 00:19:05
But I want to go ahead and begin preparing the Council for some discussions on alcohol applications, alcohol licensing. 00:19:12
Zoning as it relates to bars and restaurants. 00:19:19
You were you granted us some time to come back to you with some recommendations when we put in place? 00:19:23
Basically appeals on any new bars. 00:19:30
Coming up in Tuscaloosa. 00:19:34
We're nearing the point of having some recommendations to you, probably late October, early November. 00:19:36
I was briefed on it late last week. 00:19:42
The team is now going to go out and begin getting input from our stakeholders. 00:19:45
So we we have an idea, we want to go talk to our stakeholders, get their ideas. 00:19:49
And then eventually we will find our way back to the City Council. 00:19:55
Our goal certainly is I think what your goal is, is to make certain that we create a safe environment and enjoyable environment, 00:20:00
but safe environment. 00:20:04
In Tuscaloosa. 00:20:08
And now and into the future have. 00:20:10
Rules and regulations that. 00:20:13
Hopefully we'll promote that. 00:20:15
I look forward to having those discussions if you're interested. Kind of getting an idea of what's being thought about. There's 00:20:17
been nothing proposed at this point before I proposed something. 00:20:22
I've asked our team to go out and get let's talk to the people where the rubber meets the road. 00:20:27
Let's you know it's It's one thing for us to to think something may work. How does it work an application. 00:20:32
So we're going to be getting that input. 00:20:39
One of the things, though, I do believe you're going to see us recommend that I want to go ahead and put on the Council's radar. 00:20:41
Is we do believe that alcohol applications considering their impact on the city. 00:20:47
Really need to be vetted first by the Public Safety Committee. 00:20:53
And then come I know you were looking for more to do, Miss Miss Howard. 00:20:57
We. 00:21:02
We believe they need to come to the Public Safety Committee first. 00:21:03
And then one of the things we might ask you to do is look at. 00:21:08
Every other week or every week having a special called council meeting. 00:21:11
That deals with nothing but alcohol licenses. 00:21:15
Because. 00:21:18
If you think about where they fall, it's very rare we really get a chance to discuss these things. 00:21:20
We think more scrutiny. 00:21:27
Is a good thing when it comes to licenses. 00:21:28
So. 00:21:31
I think that's that's an idea we are currently thinking about. That's a legislative function. 00:21:32
And we just want to put it on your radar. I know you already. 00:21:37
What time? 00:21:41
Play. 00:21:42
In my. 00:21:43
Really. 00:21:44
If anything, I think psychologically even sits at home. 00:21:45
Of just how important that license is? Because once you grant that ABC license. 00:21:48
You've wronged that Bill. 00:21:53
It's impossible for you at that point as the council, to go back and get that agency license. 00:21:54
So just keep that in the in the back of your your mind. Certainly love to discuss that with you. 00:21:59
Other than that, Mister Tyner, I have a little more discussing those two issues in executive session. 00:22:05
Questions for the mayor? 00:22:13
Thank you very much. Yeah, it was it was fun. I was ready to catch a taste. 00:22:15
DJ. 00:22:20
They really are and. 00:22:23
You know. 00:22:24
I love the dress code that they have too with someone who's coming up. 00:22:26
And. 00:22:31
DJ stepped out. 00:22:32
Sad for you? 00:22:33
And said. 00:22:35
Sorry, you need to go home and put. 00:22:36
Proper shirt on. 00:22:37
And you know, I just like the way they run their business. 00:22:39
And I think it's just correct. 00:22:42
You know and. 00:22:44
They they expect. 00:22:46
Expected. 00:22:48
That type of quality. 00:22:50
So. 00:22:52
That's great. 00:22:54
Who's great and he's expanded. 00:22:56
Yes. 00:22:59
You thank me for that, and I'll tell you why later. Thank you, thank you, thank you kept for just everything. 00:23:01
I appreciate you getting those people from school now. 00:23:08
Thanks, I did keep it a secret. 00:23:12
All right. 00:23:16
Hey. 00:23:17
Johnson. By the way, if y'all don't know, didn't know, Lily is no longer. 00:23:19
Clark's office. She's. 00:23:24
Working under Ashley Christ, right? Right. 00:23:26
Yeah, so she you won't see Lily here. 00:23:32
I'm sorry. 00:23:35
That's awesome. 00:23:37
We're very happy. 00:23:40
Snickers Bar. 00:23:43
You ran a vihara now for the posting closes this Friday. 00:23:46
And I and I think your interns helping you a lot. Yeah, John has been a huge help. Don't worry, it's my fault I have ran off and 00:23:51
other employees. 00:23:54
Post that short. 00:24:00
Yeah, you realize she stayed in the city? 00:24:03
I'll get to it later. 00:24:07
Hold on. Right. OK. So John's going to be helping you. Yes, John is going to be hanging out with us for a little while. Sounds 00:24:09
good. 00:24:12
So I have two quick ones, an update. One's really not an update. And then I've got one board that has some positions that have 00:24:15
terms that have expired. 00:24:20
The first update is. 00:24:26
Again, like I said, not really an update. We are still trying, waiting to hear back from the Department of Revenue about those 00:24:27
County Board of Equalization nominees that we sent in a while ago. 00:24:32
And the County Commission is waiting to hear back as well because they also submitted some names. So as soon as I hear back from 00:24:37
them, I will let you guys know. 00:24:40
And then the County Commission. They were scheduled to address Ruby Burton's position on the County Board of Human Resources. 00:24:45
At the September 6th meeting, somehow, someway, it didn't make it on the agenda. So they're going to address that at their 920, 00:24:52
their September 20th meeting. As soon as I hear back from them on that one, I'll bring it back to you guys. We are required to 00:24:57
ratify that appointment, so as soon as we hear something, I'll let you guys know. 00:25:03
And then the board that we actually have to address is the Construction Board of Appeals. 00:25:09
The best way that I can explain this is similar to how we have CBA. 00:25:14
If someone has a. 00:25:19
Concern with the decision that the chief building official has made. 00:25:21
This board, the construction Board of Appeals is the board that hears the appeals of those citizens that have those concerns or or 00:25:25
questions about a decision. So on this board, we have three terms that have expired. 00:25:32
Mr. Wilburn Anderson who is with Manderson Holmes and or Manderson Construction. He's the owner. 00:25:38
And then Lynn Mckelvey, who is the president at Mckelvey Mechanical? 00:25:44
And then Randy Barton. 00:25:49
Rainy Barn actually no longer lives in Alabama, so with his term expiring that she building official is recommending lease to ball 00:25:52
with. 00:25:55
He's the mechanical engineer over there. However, Mr. Manderson and Mckelvey have both also requested to be reappointed, so we're 00:26:01
looking at possibly 2 reappointments. 00:26:06
And one new person, Mr. Stovall, to take over Mr. Barton's position. 00:26:11
Questions. Concerns. 00:26:20
So we need to do that. 00:26:21
Yeah. 00:26:23
So if you guys would like to reappoint Anderson and Mckelvey and appoint Mr. Stegall, I can have an ordinance on next week's 00:26:24
agenda. If that's what you want to do, I have no problem. 00:26:28
Alright, I'll do that. 00:26:34
What else? 00:26:35
OK. 00:26:37
OK. Thank you. 00:26:37
All right, Mr. Holmes. Yes, Sir. 00:26:41
Good afternoon, Council. 00:26:44

And if you'll speak at the mic around here, ohh back to your home. 00:01:04
Hello everyone my name is Theresa Crum Vivian as our. 00:01:15
Council president has said I am the principal at William Forest Elementary School. Our team, we have this whole work, our amazing 00:01:19
counselor, and we have Doctor Dawson, our reading coach, here with us. 00:01:25
Councilman Fail. He came in and met with me as soon as I got hired and it was such a joy because I know he has worked with my 00:01:31
father for many, many years and so seeing a warm face welcoming my first week at work, the forest was amazing. He came and he 00:01:35
said. 00:01:40
Miss Bevan, I am going to bring you some money. I said bring me some money. 00:01:45
And indeed he did. When I received the check last week from the central office for $1000 for our students, it was perfect timing 00:01:50
because I just had our 4th grade teachers say because we had a new unit that they needed new textbooks and right when it was 00:01:57
$1300. And so that $1000 is exactly what we needed. So we wanted to thank you. Our student body has signed on behalf of showing 00:02:04
you their appreciation. And of course, you know it's William Forrest and we love our trees. 00:02:11
So our students, they tried to make you some trees. 00:02:20
We thank you so much. 00:02:23
Come on. 00:02:27
There's no cost. 00:02:40
I mean. 00:02:44
Yeah. 00:02:50
And now? 00:02:52
Everybody's prep. 00:03:00
Get everybody. 00:03:04
Thank you. 00:03:11
Thank you. 00:03:17
That's really sweet of you guys to do that. 00:03:24
It offsets council mail. 00:03:28
Jade. 00:03:31
Yeah, I need that. 00:03:33
Yeah, just put if you'll just sit it over here somewhere, I'll do it. Thank you. 00:03:39
Thank you so much. 00:03:44
These folks have to work for a living. 00:03:49
Looking at your. 00:03:59
Alright, that's great. 00:04:01
Congratulations, John. It's so sweet of them. 00:04:03
Recognizing that, yes. 00:04:05
I appreciate it. 00:04:07
Absolutely. 00:04:08
And she's going to do a great job. 00:04:10
Forest. 00:04:12
I can't believe. 00:04:14
It seemed like she should still be a student there. 00:04:15
Yes. 00:04:19
Baby. 00:04:20
Alright there, your virginal. 00:04:23
Hey, Bob. 00:04:25

Say what? We're all having to step up around here. 00:04:30

Of retaining drivers. 00:04:39
They made some positives. 00:04:43
Until this past council hearing. 00:04:45
We found out that the. 00:04:48
Property managers, Mother she was. 00:04:50
Kind of taking care of her on the side. 00:04:53
She's passed away. 00:04:55
And the gentleman that they get hired to do the kind of he also got killed in a car race shortly around. 00:04:57
Just spoke with the actual property owner yesterday. 00:05:06
He's asking if they can have a little bit more time to. 00:05:10
Somebody else contracted from not going to finish the clean. 00:05:13
We've only got two more units to clean up and a little bit of debris. 00:05:16
And we're done. 00:05:20
So what do you said? What are you recommending? 00:05:21
For 30 days it's not going to be enough time for them to get somebody to get started. So I'd say 60 days. 00:05:24
OK. 00:05:29
I think that would be fair enough, this one. If we had made any progress we may have. 00:05:31
Yeah. 00:05:37
And. 00:05:39
So remote. 00:05:40
And like I said, I would, you know. 00:05:41
That's terrible tragedies. 00:05:43
But. 00:05:46
It's so remote. 00:05:46
It's not around anything else. 00:05:48
OK. 00:05:50
I'm good. 00:05:51
Alright, well, we appreciate. That's all we have for tonight. 00:05:52

Good morning. 00:26:46
